Jeffrey Bennett founded Facility Information Systems in 1996 following 18 exciting years
at Software House. There, he had senior engineering and management responsibilities. The goal of FIS was to
provide solutions to customers with Software House access control products not available through Software
House's standard product and service offerings. Mr. Bennett along with John Moss founded both Software House
and S2 Security Corp. Mr. Bennett contributed extensively to the technical architecture and design of the
C•CURE, and NetBox product lines. Mr. Bennett has extensive knowledge of networks, security systems, and
product integration in the corporate environment. He is considered an expert in the configuration and use of
complex Access Control and Monitoring Systems, with extensive knowledge of the Internet, Intranets, and
Database Integration.

Rick Neafus has been providing expert services through FIS since 1999. Prior to
that, he was the ranking support specialist at Software House and is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable
C•CURE and S2 specialists in the world. Mr. Neafus provides network system design, access control integration,
troubleshooting, and training services through FIS. Mr. Neafus has spent a number of years in the field
involved in every aspect of C•CURE System installations, including third party products such as DVR’s, CCTV
switcher, Fire Alarm and Intercom panels.
